  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age or possess legal emancipation status to enter into binding agreements. Registration by anyone under the age of 13 is strictly prohibited.
2. Profile Integrity & Authenticity

To maintain professional trust across our user community:

  • Accurate Information: Accounts must reflect genuine identities and valid credentials. Misrepresenting identity or creating fraudulent accounts is a violation of our terms.
  • Single Account Limits: Users are permitted one primary account. Creating multiple dummy accounts to artificially manipulate platform metrics, content visibility, or voting systems is forbidden.
3. Content Moderation & Engagement

Scorler maintains standards to ensure a respectful and constructive platform environment:

  • Content Review: We reserve the right to review, flag, hide, or remove any content or imagery that violates our community guidelines.
  • Authentic Engagement: Platform features such as upvotes, likes, and comments must reflect genuine interaction. Automated scripts, vote manipulation rings, or targeted downvoting campaigns are strictly prohibited.
4. Account Suspension & Termination

We retain full authority to manage access to our services:

  • Suspension Authority: We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close accounts that violate community standards, engage in severe harassment, or compromise platform integrity.
  • Ban Evasion: Users whose accounts have been terminated are prohibited from creating new accounts. Attempting to bypass restrictions via proxies or alternate accounts may lead to network-level blocking.
5. Prohibited Conduct

Users must refrain from engaging in any of the following activities:

  • Harmful Content: Publishing explicit, violent, hateful, defamatory, or spam content is strictly prohibited.
  • Plagiarism: Uploading software code, design files, or portfolio assets created by others without proper citation or authorization violates intellectual property rights.
  • Automated Scraping: Using automated scripts, bots, or web scrapers to gather profile data or portfolio content without explicit consent is forbidden.
6. Direct Messaging Protocol

In-app messaging capabilities are provided for professional networking and collaboration:

  • No Commercial Spam: Direct messages must not be used for unsolicited sales pitches, automated bulk communications, or marketing campaigns.
  • Safety & Moderation: Messages flagged by recipients for abuse or harassment may be reviewed by platform moderators.
7. Intellectual Property & Ownership

We respect creator rights and ownership of original work:

  • 100% Creator Ownership: You retain complete legal ownership of all code, designs, and project files you post on Scorler.
  • Display License: By posting content, you grant Scorler a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, format, and display your work on the platform. This license terminates when you delete your content.
  • Data Backups: When content is deleted from active systems, temporary security backups may retain residual files for up to 90 days before final deletion.
